RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Bras in Paradise we use Australia Post for all Postage and Shipping requirements. We post all over Australia and New Zealand. We will endeavour to ship your orders within 2-4 days of receiving an order, however, Australia Post may have unavoidable delays.
Bras in Paradise have a 2 week return policy and we are more than happy to refund or exchange items if they are incorrect, damaged or broken excluding postage. If this were to occur, items must be returned in the same manner they were received, with correct tags attached. We do not offer returns on briefs that have been worn for hygiene reasons. It may take up to 2 weeks for exchange items or slightly longer if items need to be ordered.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
